Domestic Appliance Repairs
SMC was set up to provide a reputable and efficient repair centre. We repair all makes of domestic appliance, from refrigeration to home laundry. With province-wide coverage and an average 48-hour respond time, we are proud to offer you the service you need.
Our Call Center
Our call centre is manned from 9:00am to 5:00pm with lunch from 1pm to 2pm.
We are here to help you with any problems you have or any enqueries.
Each customer-advisor is provided with all the parts listings and prices and can give you an instant quote or you can email in your requests.
The Workshop
The workshop which is currently based at Enniskillen is there to provide back-up for the engineers on some major repairs, or customers can drop in their appliances themselves, which is cheaper than having an engineer call out.

Trade Enquiries
Trade enquiries about parts are always welcome and we currently have direct spares accounts with all major manufactures. With this in mind, we hold a large amount of spares in stock and also have access to next-day delivery. We source our parts from the most competitively-priced and efficient suppliers. Please contact us for information on any make or model of appliance.
Refrigeration
All our engineers are highly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to repair all types of refrigeration products from ice machines to dehumidifiers.
Laundry
Our engineers carry a large stock of parts which is further supplemented by our ample spares store.
We do our utmost to repair appliances with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our customers. In order to do so, we update our parts database on a weekly basis to ensure any new or modified products are accommodated.
Cooking
Due to the nature of cooking appliances, it is vital that they are repaired with the minimum of inconvenience or distress to our customers.
As a result of the excellent standard of service information that we hold, we are confident of being able to supply you with the necessary parts from our diverse range.
Service Team
There are currently 8 engineers covering the province.
One based in Bangor, One based in carricfergus, two based in Belfast, which have their own workshop and customer adviser.
Another based in Londonderry, and 3 based in Enniskillen.
We are always looking for new fully qualified engineers or trainees so as to provide the best service possible.
Training
We always endeavor to get as much training from the manufacturers when new products come on the market. This is always an advantage when new faults occur or there is a modification.
As anyone knows there is always room for improvement within any service company and the more you adapt and change depending on the needs of customers the better you perform.
This keeps both the customers happy and the engineers informed of changes.

We are currently putting together a trouble shooter that will help both you and us in identifying your problem before the engineer has to visit. This may also help you to cure the problem yourself and so cutting down your time in waiting for an engineer and being without the appliance for some time.
