Problem summary
Your Beko washing machine is not draining water at the end of the cycle. The drum may be full of water, or the machine may stop mid-cycle and display an error. You may also notice unusual noise during operation.
Likely causes

- Pump failure (roughly 49% of cases): The drain pump has stopped working or is blocked. This is a wear part that can fail over time.
- Blocked drain pump or filter (roughly 18% of cases): Debris, lint, or small items have clogged the pump or filter chamber.
- Motor or belt issue (roughly 18% of cases): The motor that drives the pump may be faulty, or the belt may have slipped or worn.
Less commonly, a kinked drain hose, frozen or blocked external drainage, or a faulty control board can prevent draining.
What you can try yourself (DIY)
If you're comfortable working with small parts and don't mind getting wet, these checks are often successful:
Before you start: Unplug the machine and allow any standing water to cool.

Check the filter: Most Beko models have a small filter chamber (usually at the bottom front). Open the access panel, locate the filter, and unscrew it. Empty any debris, lint, or foreign objects. Rinse it under a tap and screw it back in firmly.

Check the drain hose: Follow the hose from the back of the machine to the drain or standpipe. Look for kinks, cracks, or blockages. Straighten any kinks. If the hose is cracked, it will need replacing.

Check for trapped items: Small coins, buttons, or fragments sometimes lodge between the drum and the outer tub. If you can see anything, try to remove it carefully.

Inspect the pump access: On some models, you can reach the pump from the filter chamber. Look for visible blockages or damage.
If the filter and hose are clear but the machine still won't drain, the pump itself is likely faulty and will need replacement by an engineer.
