Heating element failure (most common) The main fan oven element or grill element has likely failed electrically. Elements wear out over time, especially if the oven is used regularly. A failed element will stop producing heat even if power is reaching it. The fact that your fan and light still work rules out a complete circuit failure.
Fan motor issue (less common) In some cases, a faulty fan motor can prevent the oven from reaching the correct temperature or distributing heat. This is less likely if your fan runs during other cycles, but it may fail specifically during heating mode.
Control or thermal switch problem The thermostat or heating control circuit may be preventing power from reaching the elements, even though the oven receives mains power.
